125 Candidates Selected at Job Fair Held at Government ITI, Aliganj

Lucknow: A job fair was organised on August 12, 2026 at the Government Industrial Training Institute (ITI), Aliganj, Lucknow, under the Chief Minister’s Mission Rojgar Yojana. Tata Motors Pune, Anjaney Power Progress, Kotak Mahindra and LIC took part in the fair.

Institute Principal Raj Kumar Yadav said the job fair was organised in line with the state government’s employment-oriented approach, with the aim of providing youth with better job opportunities in the private sector. He urged company representatives to select as many candidates as possible and encouraged the selected candidates to join their positions on time.

Placement Officer M.A. Khan said a total of 240 candidates took part in the apprenticeship fair, of whom 125 were selected after the interview process. Selected candidates will be given a stipend or salary ranging from Rs 16,000 to Rs 20,000 per month.

Institute instructor Z. Rehman and the entire staff of the Grasim Learnings Foundation played an important role in the successful organisation of the job fair.
